Technical Support

If you are having difficulties using the CD-ROMs we have several ways to help.

For technical issues additional help is available online through the technical support link located on your CD-ROM. Each CD-ROM also has its own unique help file built-in to provide instant support offline.

System Requirements

Windows

  • Intel Pentium II Processor or higher
  • Platform: Windows 98 / 2000 / NT / XP / Vista
  • 56 MB or more of free available system RAM
  • 800x600, 16-bit (thousands of colors) color display or better
  • CD-ROM drive

In addition to the previous mentioned requirements, the following may also need to be installed on your system in order to access certain functions/features available on the CD-ROM products.

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer® 4.0 or higher
  • Netscape Navigator 4.0 or higher
  • Microsoft DirectX®
  • WinZip
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader
  • Visual Basic Runtime (included when necessary)

Apple® Macintosh

Our CD-ROM products are currently not known to be operational on the
Apple® Macintosh platform.
